Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at hello@haldenlighting.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
