Delivery
We currently ship within the UK only.
- Standard shipping: 10-14 days
- Fast shipping: 6-10 days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to customs processing, courier volume, or other circumstances outside our control. While we aim for accuracy in our delivery estimates, we're unable to offer compensation for delays outside of our control.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
